Invader is an anonymous French street artist who is best known for his use of ceramic tile mosaics to create pixelated video game scenes. Invader’s work is inspired by games such as Pacman, Space Invaders, and Super Mario Bros. They also use QR Codes and rubik’s cubes as a medium for mosaic works.Invader’s street art can be seen in New York, Hong Kong, and Paris. Invader’s works mix the playfulness of early computer and game tech and inserts it into the hubbub of daily urban life.
