Salvador Dali is best known for his art inspired by a “greater reality” of the human subconscious. Dali has become one of the most well known Surrealist artists of his time and his reputation continues to precede him as time goes on. Dali’s later works reverted to a more renaissance sense of style influenced by painter Raphael.
