Joe Taveras.

Joe Taveras is a mixed media artist and designer who approaches painting with a unique sensibility informed by his background as a roboticist. Fusing science and philosophy into his gestures, Taveras’ bold, colorful expressions are rooted in explorations into how matter moves and interacts with the environment and universe. His creative practice has revolved around three key interests: oneness, the infinite power of the human mind, and the development of visual technology in the form of art. As a business leader, he oversees several holdings, including Interesting Concepts and New Renaissance Art Advisory. Through these ventures, he supports efforts including, but not limited to, book publishing, AR and Robotics solutions, and providing strategic advisory services for artists and collectors.
Artworks by Joe Taveras have found their way into private and public collections around the world in places such as New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Sweden, Paris, Spain, South Korea, China, Canada, and more.
Recent press includes articles in Whitehot Magazine, The Boston Globe, and Alathea Magazine.
Over the past three years, Taveras' innovative and thought-provoking creations have found their way into over 300 private collections around the world. Taveras' artworks currently reside in public and private collections in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Sweden, Paris, Spain, South Korea, China, Canada, and more.
INSPIRATION
Continually pushing the boundaries of artistic expression, Joe explores novel techniques that mirror both his inner and outer environments while questioning our shared future, societal norms, and the inexorable fusion of humanity with technology.
Rooted in modern philosophy, sociology, and science fiction, his ever-evolving style is a testament to his background in robotics. For two years, he served as Marketing Director for Temi, a leading personal robotics company, where he helped disseminate state-of-the-art robotic technology worldwide and witnessed firsthand the awe-inspiring yet daunting impacts of innovation on humanity.
Drawing inspiration from a wide variety of music, ancient religious texts, and intensive studies in psychology, Taveras fuses cubist principles with a futuristic graffiti style that is uniquely his own. In doing so, he promotes awareness of our interconnected existence, challenging the ego's role in modern society, while harmonizing the realms of science and philosophy.

a rare opportunity to be part of the new renaissance movement.
Every collector has their own motivations; some support the artist out of belief in their contribution to the world, some just fall in love with the work like any other product or brand, and some chase the return on investment. Once in a generation, the stars line up to check all of these boxes.
In 2023 I found Joe’s profile on Instagram, and reached out to offer representation at my California gallery. After 45 minutes on zoom I understood the vision he had shared with me of a new time in history where art, ethics, technology, and spirituality merge to birth a modern ecosystem for artists, collectors, and dealers.
Since then, I’ve watched it all come to fruition; demonstrating the clarity of his vision and the future significance of his body of work.
True Muse Art Advisory is proud to offer 4 works from Joe’s coveted 2023 summer series, as featured in his book Meditations, and accepted into The Vatican Collection by Pope Francis.

“Amazing service and selection. I recently moved into a new space and needed help to choose art for the walls. I contacted the owner James for a consultation. After coming over in the morning, he had a selection of the perfect artwork for me to choose from by that afternoon. The pieces were exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I couldn't recommend them more.”
