Joe Taveras
Joe Taveras is an American roboticist and artist whose art obsession emerged at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic (March 2020). As a robotics expert, Taveras had no prior experience in the arts but harnessed the period of isolation to rapidly explore a myriad of styles and mediums. His artistic journey has revolved around four key interests: oneness and interconnectedness, the ego and relativistic multiplicity, the infinite power of the human mind, and the fusion of science and philosophy. Taveras is currently independent following the closing of Galerie Michael at the end of 2022. In only the first year of representation, the Gallery on Rodeo Drive sold over 50 large artworks to collectors around the globe, making him the highest selling artist in the gallery.
